About us

A hospitality intelligence platform that turns knowledge into intelligence.

The company

Who we are

Talent Disruption is a hospitality intelligence company whose purpose is to give the industry the intelligence layer it has never had. We are building hospitality's first verified professional network and knowledge platform — the place where creators, practitioners, operators and owners establish a credible professional identity, publish what they know, and are paid for it — and the artificial intelligence trained on the knowledge it produces.

We are operators and technologists. First-generation immigrants who began in front-line service roles and rose to build category-leading hospitality brands, our team brings decades of C-suite experience across hospitality, technology and entertainment — having managed luxury and lifestyle hotels across the United States, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, and having built, financed and exited technology businesses in this industry. We did not find this problem in a market map; we ran the businesses where it shows up, wrote the book about it, and built the relationships that make the network possible.

Our approach is simple: assemble the industry's practitioners into a single verified network, give them a reason to write down what they know, and turn the resulting body of knowledge into intelligence that serves the whole industry rather than any single owner — transforming how it finds, develops and retains its people.

The team

Who is building it

Operators who have run hospitality P&Ls, and the technologists who have shipped AI into this industry.
